Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you total control over your e-mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a new email box in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward mails from one e-mail box to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your email box accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and select the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one email box to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the email box you wish to redirect mail messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest.
