The upgrade could be purchased for any one of the VPS server packages regardless of the OS and CP that you've chosen or the task that you need to be executed as our administrators will help you with anything associated with the software on the machine. This includes, but is not limited to, installing third-party programs, setting up hosting server options, troubleshooting scripts if they don't function efficiently, and so forth. The upgrade includes 60 minutes of work and if a specific task requires less time, the rest of the minutes shall be available for the future and will be listed in the virtual private server billing CP. You'll be able to use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as an independent upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which offers 30 minutes of custom work on your machine. Thus, you could work on your websites without having to worry that you won't be able to use some program or losing time on technological matters.

Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers

The upgrade is available with all of our dedicated service and as long as you add it, our experienced administrators can help you with anything on your machine. Such as installing any third-party software which you might want to use on the web server and troubleshooting any script that operates poorly or does not run at all. Our upgrade comes with one hour of work and in case a particular task is not very time-consuming, we'll add the remaining time to your account. You shall be able to see how many minutes are left in your billing CP and use them anytime you require help again. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade could be ordered at any moment, so in case you require something to be installed in the very beginning, you'll be able to add it to your order during the sign up procedure, while if you require assistance afterwards, you can add it from the server billing area. Thirty minutes of custom work are included in our Managed Services pack as well, but if you require additional work to be performed on the hosting server, the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade will be a guarantee that your applications shall be installed and set up in the best possible way.
